Plugin queries WoS for papers with future published dates not covered by the selected editions #19

For example:

[quteprints wos] Error: Unable to retrieve UID from Web of Science(R) for EPrint ID 74712: soap:Server (IIE0022) The SOAP request message is invalid. Reason: Error received from a server supporting the Web service. Cause: The following input is invalid [Edition dates do not overlap requested timespan]. Remedy: Correct your request and submit it again. I'm not sure whether the plugin can/should be proactive and skip these searches or whether it should ignore errors of this type and continue with the next eprint. One challenge is finding out what the date ranges of the editions actually is.
