[BUG] UserVolumeBooster not working #77

Describe the Bug UserVolumeBooster does not start (see the screenshot)

To Reproduce Install the plugin in the plugins folder and run it, this dialog box will appear (see the screenshot)

Expected Behavior The plugin should start without errors and work

Additional Context I don't know

The problem was solved with the installation of the 0PluginLibrary plugin. Dear plugin developer! Please indicate in the README or somewhere else in the information about the plugin that the ZLibrary library is needed for this plugin to work, this error is misleading and there is no information that this library is needed anywhere except in issues.
