refresh button for filebrowser #432

The remote filebrowser currently refreshes every 5 minutes (might soon be changed to 30s). If the user wan't to refresh faster, he needs the possibility to do so.

[this would get useless once the remotefs changes are pushed to the clients by the blockserver]
