Toasts / Notifications on windows show java as the application name #433

that might be confusing to the user. If possible, this should be changed to show the user that qabel made that toast.

We could set <dontWrapJar>true</dontWrapJar> to false in the launch4j config. Maybe that's enough to let the application show up as the QabelDesktop.exe including it's meta information... Edit: I think dontWrapJar only works when all jars are bundled into one fatJar that can be wrapped as one.

Besides the fact that the notifications are not shown immediately but stack up for a while and show all at the same time (on the qa device), only the last notification has this problem. All other notifications look fine: pasted image at 2016_10_19 04_47 pm
