2 years ago There is no same in the sentence displayed by Qalculate. GNU plot must be in the PATH environment variable of Windows. It should however be possible to copy the contents of the bin folder from gnuplot to the qalculate folder (without replacing any files).
I've now updated the "portable" packages to include Gnuplot.

2 years ago Thanks Hanna. I did copy files from the gnu bin folder to Qalculate and this wrecked Qalculate - which stopped working. Can you give me a link to the neew portable version of Qalculate and tell me exactly where to install gnu plot files/folders? Apologies - I am not a pc expert.

2 years ago Hanna, I know there is Qalculate manual online, but is there a pdf version I could use to read offline or print a full copy? I wish to learn as much as possible about this brilliant program (for example when on holiday with no internet connection).

I have a portable installation of Qalculate, and plotting does not work unless I install GNU plot. I have installed GNU plot in the folder that I extracted Qalculatre to, an still plotting is unavailable. What does it mean exactly when I am told "..GNU plot must be found in the same executable search path..."? My GNU plot folder IS in the same folder as the Qalculate exe file already.
