Provide DMG for macOS #21

Installing through MacPorts is slow and cumbersome. Standard DMG-s would make deployment easy and familiar thus significantly increasing the adoption of Qalculate.

I haven't got access to any Mac OS system and I'm therefore not able to make any installer/binaries for Mac OS myself.

so, this is it? it has been 3 years! of all systems, mac needs a decent calculator that is open source!
