Yes,it is possible. We can just create directories with their own README.md files alongside some example codes i.e. jupyter notebooks. Or if we want to have the links only cause as of now none of us might be having enough time to create explanatory jupyter notebooks on each topic we might want to start working on those.

@Ajay-Singh-Rana I like your idea we can just put the categories then the heading -> python->ide-> juypter notebook. Explaining everything takes time the guy who posted was still new to git and made many mistakes. We only need a general readme and contributing md. No need to explain every secction
