Entry script is now bootstrap-kubernetes-demos instead of bootstrap-gke
The google support is now in bin/bootstrap-infrastructure-google, and the script should allow for other infrastructures to be added; it also means that you can use the script with a pre-existing Kubernetes
The subsystems that can be installed are all refactored into their own script with their own up, and optional failfast, kwt subcommands.
Flags selected during up are stored in state/ files, and are remembered for future commands.
