On my mac, I ran into the broken pipeline issue because I was using bash 3.x. I found the closed issue and made that change.
In Azure, from a clean Ubuntu 18.04 or 18.10 (jumpbox) vm, I needed to apt install several libraries to get through the CPI compile of the Azure CPI, and others to get through gem install cf-uaac
Adding a line using bucc credhub is needed before the credhub api step

Is it okay to submit a PR with changes in the README.md ?

just want to mention that we do not use uaac ruby client anymore. as we are now using the uaa go library https://github.com/starkandwayne/bucc/blob/master/bin/bucc#L502
