update slack notification to use different slack-notifier resource type #238

i noticed that the concourse resource-types page at https://resource-types.concourse-ci.org/ now lists the "slack-notifier" resource type ( https://github.com/mockersf/concourse-slack-notifier ) which is different from the original cfcommunity one that the tutorial is currently based on.
the alert types feature of slack notifier is a nice touch. anyhow, perhaps consider updating that lesson to use that resource type instead.
