VirtualBox 6.1+ incompatible + RAM usage warning #112

Hello,

BOSH VirtualBox CPI is currently incompatible with VirtualBox 6.1+. This tutorial should be done using VirtualBox 6.0. See https://github.com/cloudfoundry/bosh-deployment/issues/378#issuecomment-575844173

Also, this will provision a 6GB virtual machine, which brought my 8GB MacBook on its knees.
