Max number of characters in database allowed for roll number are 50 but the form is accepting more than 50 characters roll number and other state as well.

If we enter more than 50 characters in username it does give error but error doesn't specify main reason (only message is displayed). In case of other state, on adding more than 50 characters update button does nothing, no error message no submission or any other hint for user. And roll number part is accepting more than specified characters.
