A top-level-class element TLCConcept introduced with the most recent Akoma
Ntoso release neeeds to be documented better.  What would be its usage ?

All TLC elements are explained in section 15.8. It's not much of an 
explanation, but it is systematic and correct. I 
don't see any particular reason to explain Concept in any better detail than 
any of the other classes of the 
ontology.

Probably here there has been a misunderstanding.

The issue raised by Ashok is a "request for clarifications/improvements". May 
be we
should find a way to clearly distinguish between "bugs", "request for
additions/deletions", "request of clarifications", etc.

I think we all agree that all questions are legitimate and nobody should 
refrain from
asking questions, not matter what (of course relevant to the topics of the 
list).
