Submissions do not upload after giving contests #100

I understand that via ongoing contests, the solutions should not be uploaded to GitHub. But even after the contest gets over, the codes are not getting submitted. The same goes for Virtual Contests too.

@Jyotika999 I have faced the same issue. But I think this is because during the contest the problem doesn't have a fixed questionID, which changes after the contest.

So my hack for this to to resubmit my solution after the contest is over.
