Describe the bug GFG Solutions are not getting synced to Github.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://practice.geeksforgeeks.org/problems/assign-mice-holes3053/1/
2. Click on Submit
3. Scroll down to - Solution gets submitted and all test case pass.
4. Solution is not synced with github

Expected behavior Solution should also be synced to the github account.

But they are getting synced for me, you probably closed the window as it was pushing the code maybe??
