Describe the bug
Followed the instruction on installing the extension and linking it with a repo. It seems all well-setup from the extension interface, but does not update at all after a submission.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to any question
Click on submit (and AC)
Click extension (Does not see updated problem solved), and github repo does not update.
ERROR.
