Error importing a .dmx file containing morphs #71

Importing all other .dmx files works fine but whenever I try importing 
heavy_morphs_low.dmx for example I get a bunch of errors in the console and no 
model shows up.

This looks similar to issue 61 and it was supposed to be fixed in r304 yet it 
still happens.

I'm using the latest official release of Blender 2.66 and SMD Tools 1.6.4 on 
64bit Windows 7.

r307 should fix this. I'll make a release with it in once I've sorted out the 
other open bug.
