Summary

The City Services blip is not showing

Reproduction

Login to city open map look for city services

Expected behavior

See the city services as a blip

Actual behavior

No blip

No response

So pulling the latest pull fixes the issue BUT using FX install recipe it's pulling the broken version of things so I am guessing its grabbing release tagged items

Is there a way to have a latest version recipe so these are pulled with all the latest fixes
