fix(client): npc exit, hard coded phrases #8

Description

Fix NPC not shutting door on exiting taxi
Made NPC networked
Removed some hard coded phrases
Add QBCore auto locale switch (instead of switching to ox_lib)
Made Spanish translation more consistent with gameplay actions
