Add test cases, allow running single test like make test1

grading scripts:

group file for different testcases into separate folders
modify Makefile to allow running single test like make test1
print stdout and stderr on successfully executing ics-linker for debugging

testcases:

modify strong & weak definition testcase (weak means SHN_COMMON now, rather than STB_WEAK)
add multiple weak symbol testcase (without a strong symbol)
add static variable testcase
