RestorableViewHandler - view is recreated, but postback is not re-applied at all #172

Postback is completely ignored as if a new GET request was fired. This worked 
in 1.3.

And FYI, I've been using this JAR in my web app (deployed on production server) 
for some days now. No issues. :)

Me again... I used omnifaces-1.5-SNAPSHOT-20130430.jar in production for the 
entire month of May 2013 until I downloaded OmniFaces 1.5 RC (JAR)! :)
