Can this be fixed and/or is there any alternative to get the same information?

Currently, it's up for me.

The alternative would be the snapshot site at 
https://snapshot-omnifaces.rhcloud.com/ which runs at a physically different 
server (cloud).

Or pulling the showcase source from 
https://code.google.com/p/omnifaces-showcase/ and then building and deploying 
locally.
