The user can supply a multiplicator for each pokemon that changes how fast they level.

Example: Machop: 1.0x Magicarp: 2.0x

In the same time Magikarp will get 2x more level than Machop. So if Machop getts 0.4 levels in one cycle, magicarp will get 0.8
