Will binocular camera module help in live detection ? #17

Hi Sir,

Will it be beneficial use use binocular camera, in terms of live face detection and overall face detection?

Dear @rsingh2083 ,

In case of live face detection it will. There are several mobile phones using this technique. A 'live' face has depth (noose, eyes mouth). In the face detection itself, I doubt. The ArcFace method we use works with a 'flat' image where it distract 512 vectors using to identify a person. Depth will not add any gain to this mechanism.
