@laolihaile, Thanks for the question! In response to your question, we have complemented the README.md with instructions on how to turn on the WiFi. Please follow the steps given there.

I can't perform the operations in the README.md,as shown in the picture, I cannot open WIFI

Do you have 'normal' wired Ethernet working on your Raspberry Pi? Have you any other devices working with WiFi, like another Raspberry Pi? You should at least have the Raspberry working with Ethernet as soon as you connect the cable.
