Update to Thunderbird3

I attached a patch for the thunderbird3 upgrade. I don't know if it's
enough for the upgrade but of what I tested it seems to work pretty fine.

Also I attached a packed version of the patched extension, to download until the
upgraded version is available for download at the thunderbird addons site.

Note that there's another thread where people do also share their updated 
versions,
issue 54 it is.

I promise to update extension (and fix freezing) this week but after that 
someone
else would have to take over the code and this site. I hope it will be possible 
to
transfer ownership of the extension on ADO site as well.

You and developers from other thread are most likely candidates :)

I seem to have missed that issue when I looked for it... Could you close this 
as a
duplicate of that other one? I'll add a comment to the tb add-ons site in the 
mean
time linking to issue 54.
