I'm a writer of http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/ which use Dokuwiki
(http://www.dokuwiki.org/dokuwiki) and its plugin diff
(http://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:diff).
On this wiki, when somebody changes something on a page you have subscribed, a
mail is sent to you.
I tried colorediffs on these mails and it doesn't work properly. It seems to
detect a diff mail, but nothing changes in the display of the mail (see the
.png attachment).
To reproduce the problem :
1. Look in the attachment. There is the mail (.eml file). Open this with
thunderbird.
2. Copy/paste the content of this mail (because colorediffs is not active on
this just opened mail) in a new mail
3. Send this mail to one of you mail adresses
4. Read it with thunderbird
What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?
colorediffs would detect and format properly the diff content of this mail.
Instead of this, colorediffs detect there is diff content, but the format is
not changed. I tried each view mode of colorediff, nothing happens.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using the version 0.6.2010.06.25.16.16.59 on Ubuntu Linux 10.10 with
Thunderbird 3.1.7.
Please provide any additional information below.
I also attach an html file which display the diff of the mail in a better
format. This comes from the http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/silverlight page.
I tried colorediffs on other content (from the supported formats page) and it
worked properly in each view mode.
That's maybe a parsing problem.
