Create a function that modifies all columns related to start and end points of measurements in measurement data sets.

The function should

adjust deadband (same for all measurements)
crop the start or end points based on an aux file (columns "crop_start" and "crop_end")
remove measurements based on an auxfile (column "remove" contains "yes")

The output would be a measurement data set with the corrected columns: Etime, flag, start.time and end.time.
