Add argument for "matchID" instead of UniqueID in flux2pdf #9

The function flux2pdf matches all plots with the same UniqueID on a same page of the output pdf.

Add an option for the user to create a column "matchID" in their data frame and use that matching column instead of UniqueID to group plots on the output pdf.
