中国在github下载frp和更新时容易抽风，很多时候都下载不了，最新版本正在思考开发对策，但已确定新版本可更换 api

目前1.8.1版本下载frpc时是调用Gitee下载，下载速度有明显的提升，但是更新方面目前没有替代的
