Command: addapp nric/patientID d/01/01/2025 start/10:00 end/11:00 output: image.png

Command: edit patientID p/91234567 output: image.png

This may cause doctors to lose track of important appointment dates when they only wish to update a patient's phone number. Editing phone number is very common in this use case and doctors wouldn't expect to lose all their appointment dates.
