Pallette-size related program crash #539

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set the palette size to be 32 columns, 5 lines, vertical
2. Use colourpicker to pick colour 0 (I do this so it'd scroll to the beginning)
3. GraFX2 freezes

Works fine with 32x4 for example. Not sure why 32x5 is so special.

Confirmed. It must depend on resolution, but I get it for example in 1024 with 
double-pixel UI. Initially the palette displays colors 100-259 (instead of 
96-255), and colorpicker hangs.
Also, when 32x5 is selected and colors 0-159 are displayed, it's possible to 
get the same wrong offset by right-clicking the "palette down" arrow.

Mine is maximised window in 1920x1080, usually at 3x3 GUI

Fixed in r2064, in 2.5wip at the moment. Not sure if we should release of 2.4 
with only this.

Is there a download of 2.5wip available? Or is it still too WIP even for a 
nightly?

It seems the Googlecode "Downloads" function don't work anymore... I uploaded a

One more feature of Google Code goes away...
We're going to host the project elsewhere, without "updates" and "download" 
there is little interest in staying here.

I'll spare some time to set up a repository somewhere else and migrate 
everything (svn including wiki, issues, and our download archives). Before they 
remove any way to export the data or shut down the SVN...
