I was asked about the migration guide for backend.run and realized the title we have now, Migrate to Qiskit Runtime, is not very obvious to those who are still on backend.run. Perhaps something like Migrate from backend.run to primitives is better? Technically it's Qiskit Runtime primitives, but that'd make the title very long.
