Delete the following tutorial https://github.com/Qiskit/qiskit-tutorials/blob/master/tutorials/algorithms/08_factorizers.ipynb. The algorithm is now deprecated in the Qiskit Terra algorithms. Perhaps the tutorial could be moved to the community repo.
