Add a State Fidelities tutorial #1442

What is the expected behavior?

Create a tutorial to show how to use the new qiskit.algorithms.state_fidelities sub-module and the ComputeUncompute fidelity method.

Given the context of https://github.com/qiskit-community/qiskit-algorithms/pull/44, I'll just close the issue and re-open it in the new repo if considered relevant in the future.
