Thanks for working on this! I know @ElePT is excited about landing this tutorial.

We're very soon archiving this repository and moving all the tutorials into qiskit-terra and qiskit-algorithms so they are built directly into the docs. Could you please move this PR to https://github.com/qiskit-community/qiskit-algorithms? They're setting up the tutorials infrastructure this week.
