Update qiskit summer school page to include bib file

Where/what is the problem?

Update the page https://qiskit.org/learn/intro-qc-qh/ to have a citable bib file at the bottom

Sorry @shil-m , but the content of the summer school was converted into a course and the https://qiskit.org/learn/intro-qc-qh/ page was deleted, so I will close this issue. Anyways, if you still want to collaborate with us, you can take a look at our good first issues or to any other of the issues if you feel comfortable with the code! ;)
