Generate report of translation-related 404 errors #553

We had some 404 issues in the documentation pages are are investigating them as part of https://github.com/Qiskit/qiskit.org/issues/3498.

From the investigation in https://github.com/Qiskit/qiskit.org/issues/3500:

Link Typos in Translations: We identified some wrongly written links in translated pages (e.g. "/documentação/" instead of "/documentation/").

This issue is to generate a report of these kind of 404 issues with BrightEdge.

After that, we need to also create PRs to fix them.

@y4izus please wait a few days for this until we redeploy the translated docs and re-index Google. Otherwise we will have a lot of noise from false positives.

No longer relevant with docs moving from qiskit.org to docs.quantum.ibm.com.
