This overwrites a check on entities health bars that checks if their health equals their max health. If this is true, it'll hide the healthbar, however instead, we overwrite this with nop instructions, such that the healthbars are always shown. This results in a "esp" in a way. Whether you want to add this or not is up to you, but I tested this and it works on Terraria v1.4.4.8.1
