Document Support Status #3

Hi, I just tried this out and discovered that it seems to be Python 2 only, but this isn't documented anywhere. Is it still supported, or do you intend to maintain it any longer?

Thanks by the way, pretty cool tool for people who are just dabbling and don't want to commit to a fully unpacked set of resources. :)

I haven't touched this in ages :/ haven't played Starbound in a while.

Sorry about that. It shouldn't be terribly difficult to upgrade it to Python 3 - feel free to PR anything you'd like :)
