Updated: Customer deletion and ban process and added filters for the admin to view the banned customers. #1088

Changes:

Admin can now filter banned customer to view the in the link in back office.
On clicking Banned customer KPI, admin can directly apply banned customer filter.
Deleted customers with order will not be displayed in the banned customer list.
Status on customer view will display banned for banned customers and deleted for deleted customers.
After customers having orders are permanently deleted, they will also be removed from the newsletter.
