Update `get_fund_info()`

Using a new API endpoint since the previous one was not working any longer. Also updating the documentation and building new pdoc html files (including updates from previous changes...)

Thanks for contributing, and regenerating the docs. I'm looking into adding a GitHub action to automatically generate the docs so we'd don't have to remember to do it manually.
