Subdirectory in Scripts: 'Quality Control'
Stats2Table into /Scripts
Qoala_T_github scripts into /Scripts/Quality Control
Simulated data & Template_ManualQC into /Example
Qoala_T_merge & stats2table_bash into into /Old

Great! Appreciate the effort to organise the repo a bit. One issue with changing file locations might be that there are links to the files in the Readme, scripts and Shiny app that might become broken now. Can you check this?
