Hello,

I ran the Stats2Table script (Windows) and then ran the Qoala_T_A_model_based_github, and I get this error:

Error in [.data.frame(test_data, , dataset_colnames) : undefined columns selected

testing <- testing[complete.cases(testing),] Error: object 'testing' not found

the .csv files is generated and seems all columns are there.

Any help is appreciated.

Could this be I used FreeSurfer 7.1.1?

I tried the Qoala-T app: get an error, does not specify what/why.

Currently Qoala-T only runs on fs6. We are updating and testing it on fs7.
