package DMwR not on CRAN anymore #38

Dear all, the package DMwR required in Qoala_T_A_model_based_github.R is not on CRAN anymore: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/DMwR/index.html.

A temporary solution is presented here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/67978168/installing-a-package-removed-from-cran.

This worked fine for me, but might stop working at a certain point because of possible incompatibilities.
