Error Qoala_T_A_model_based_github #40

Hello,

I ran the Stats2Table script (Windows) and then ran the Qoala_T_A_model_based_github, and I get this error:

Error in parse(text = x, srcfile = src): :65:1: unexpected symbol 64: # ----------------------------------------------------------------- 65: dataset_colnames

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for your reply,I solved this problem sussessfully. I have a new problem，just like https://github.com/Qoala-T/QC/issues/27 I used the R script to generate my dataset. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

I found the mistakes,the dateset generated by the Stats2Table.R have 186 variables,but by the Stats2Table_fs7.R have185 variables.I get the results map when I use the latter code.

Yes, all the columns are need for the model to run. I would check why this is not extracted with Stats2Table_fs7.R. Is this variable in your subjects aseg file?

cat $SUBJECTS_DIR/sub_1/stats/aseg.stats

You could adjust the rownumbers in the Stats2Table_fs7.R if they are not included.
