Qoala-T Shiny App #42

Hi there!

I'd like to use the Shiny App to quality check my data, but I'm getting an error that says "An error has occurred. Check your logs or contact the app author for clarification." I encounter the error on both Google Chrome and Firefox browsers. I did not use the Stats2Table.R code to generate the data tables, as it seemed that the code would generate only 1 table, not the five needed to use the Shiny App. I'm happy to provide my stats2table code if needed. Any help would be much appreciated!

Not sure what the problem is. You can retry to generate the txt files using this code If that is also not working, if you could share a few lines of the txt files I can try to have a closer look into the issue

Unfortunately that code didn't work either. I pasted the first few lines of my aseg stats text file below. Please let me know if you would prefer me to attach the whole file or if any other info would be helpful!
