Hi all,

I have some T1 scans in Freesurfer 5.3 that I'd like to use Qoala-T on. Is this advisable? Or should it only be used with version Freesurfer 6+?

Hi John,

It is only available for version fs V6 and we tested on fs V7 as well, which had similar results albeit with lower sensitivity. So although you would be able to run it on fs 5.3, I would predict that you would get lower sensitivity, including more good scans rated as manual check or poor.
