On 2024 January 20 was 17.53 days from Level 3. Today (2024 January 21 at 0756) I see "Minter Level 0 Become a Minter"

It appears that the account with the name Roughrider is now level 3, so this was likely resolved when the algo fix was processed, in which case this issue could be closed.
