Done setup this printer monitor for a month ago. Suddenly it stop working properly and showed "Wifi Manager, Please connect to AP, Printmon-d19124, To setup wifi connection" I don't see "Printmon-d19124", hence I was unable to connect to this Printmon wifi network. I have using my desktop and handphone. Both was not able to detect the Printmon wifi. I have tried reupload the Arduino code.

Why does it not be able to detect in my router/desktop/handphone. Can it be damaged because of continue power on for 1 week? What can I do now ?

What do you see showing on the OLED display? If you see any stored network configurations in your computer or phone, remove them or "forget" them. Then scan again for networks to connect with.

Plugging in the microUSB into the Wimos D1 mini, I am first getting "Printer Monitor for Octoprint by Qrome v3.0" (with Wimos blue LED light up for a few seconds). Then the screen was changed into "Wifi Manager, Please connect to AP, Printmon-d19124, To setup wifi connection" (Wimos LED blinking for a few seconds). Then it continue to stay the same. There was no Wimos Wifi AP connection detected in my desktop or handphone. The first time setup was successful. I was able to continue using it as a weather indicator for about 1 week. Thereafter it just behaves abnormally till now. I have tried multiple hard power off/ hard reset / reupload the code using arduino 1.8.13 (Done uploading : Hash of data verified. Leaving... Hard resetting via RTS pin...)

It just does not work. I am thinking if the Wimos was burned due to long hour use (24/7 for 1 week)
My first Wimos setup Thanks for helping.

I have Wemos D1 mini's that have been running 24/7 for about 4 years now. I have yet to see one go bad. Have you tried running a network scanner app that shows available AP? Very odd.

Here is a more recent video going over the setup. https://youtu.be/kcBspqWhpIU

I have tried to scan with "angry ip scanner". Then it turn out that I have atleast 20 wifi smart switches/gadgets that have hostname ESP_xxxxxx. How do I know it is connected ? I am sure I did not see "Printmon-d19124" in the list.

Angry IP Scanner looks like it is an IP address scanner, can you try using an Access Point (AP) scanner? Oh, maybe it does both. Yeah, not sure why you can't see it. Have you located it in your saved networks and tried to remove it? Make sure you don't have the "auto connect" turned on either.

I have tried using the free " WIFI analyzer for android". Its not detectable in the list. I am by all means not an expert in networking. I am sure I did not edit anything related to the Wimos AP setting in router or in the arduino code. I just wondering what has went wrong. It works for 1 week then decide not to show up. I will get a new Wimos and run everything again. Thanks for your super nice gadget.
